The institute is run by the Board of Management which constitutes the Members Sant Gopichand Education & Welfare Society with Principal as its Secratary and  two staff representative each year by rotation.

All  the courses running in the institute are recognised by The Board of Technical Education U.P. Lucknow, and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

This Institute is situated on Ahera-Baghpat, Near Railway Crossing . The institute has lush green environment.

Baghpat is situated on a equilateral Triangular point with Meerut on the second point at a distance of fifty three kilometers and delhi on the third point at a distance of fifty kilometers from Baghpat. This Town is connected by Bus Service from Meerut, Delhi and Muzaffarnagar. It is also connected by rail and is located at Delhi-Saharanpur Northern Railway Line.
